Fiona Parsons of Parsons Properties is amazing! She found us our perfect oceanfront house even though it wasn’t even on the market! There were a couple of big issues and she was able to handle them both. First, the house was scheduled for a new roof to be installed by the sellers but the roofers were delayed, and it was going to be rescheduled after we moved in. Being as the house was vacant at the time, we needed that to be done prior to us moving in. Fiona was able to get roofers that she knew to get the roof scheduled for the following week! We also had an issue with the appraisal. They would not finance until the dry rot on the deck boards were replaced. As we were busy packing and had movers coming, we couldn't get down there to do it ourselves. Fiona quickly handled that problem too and, believe me, neither of these issues were easy to handle, (finding contractors in mid June). Our appraisal came in where we needed it to and thanks to Fiona, we were able to afford a house that we never thought we could afford. Being the owner of Parsons Properties allows Fiona extra latitude to get things done for her clients that most realtors couldn't, or maybe even wouldn't, do.
