Fiona Parsons resides in Newport, located on the beautiful Oregon Coast, and Portland,Oregon where she spent most of her adult life after she moved from Brighton, England, as a young child. A few years after graduating from high school, she and her then-boyfriend built their first house with their own four hands. She married that boyfriend, and they went on to have four children. She was fortunate enough to be able to stay home and achieve her number one goal in life: to raise her children to be happy, healthy adults who give to society rather than take from it.

While her firstborn was still an infant, she started a business from home, Deni Jaise Fitness Wear. She designed, manufactured, and marketed her products which were sold at Nordstrom, Body Gear, as well as other outlets.

Fiona’s career in real estate started with RE/MAX Equity Group in Beaverton, Oregon. She ranked within the top 10% of her office in her first year and was awarded membership in the 100% Club, a select group of high-producing Sales Associates. Inclusion is based on commission earned in a single year and is a rare achievement for an Associate in her first year of sales.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since 2007 I have become a Principal Broker. I opened Parsons Property Group, became the National Recruiter for Summa Real Estate Group and helped to establish Merritt Realty Group. Additionally, I established BC Realty for Bulldog Capital Partners investment firm, located in Lake Oswego.

I have aligned myself with a solid base of highly reliable real estate professionals committed to integrity and strong customer service. By design, my business has been built by referrals. Providing clients with strong customer service, follow-up, state-of-the-art research and marketing methodologies has generated a tremendous referral network. My aim is to form long term relationships with my clients, by reducing the stress associated with the home purchase/selling process, thereby gaining valuable loyalty from my customers. Extensive knowledge and experience in negotiations, market analysis, and document preparation, as well as strong liaison skills with lenders, title companies and inspectors.

Sole Proprietorship 1995 to 1997

Established and implemented “Success Team” meetings for small groups throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area on the specifics of sole proprietorships and how to begin a business. Provided team building, goal setting, guidance, accountability as well as all logistical arrangements for the meetings. Created and published business manuals for sale and distribution.

In association with other independent business owners I was instrumental in organizing and planning fund raising events for charities. The most noteworthy was the Celebrity Golf Tournament where my responsibilities included all logistical arrangements as well as, directing activities, confirming celebrities, obtaining donations for the silent auction, collecting fees and directing all volunteer efforts.
